Goals Initiatives Metrics
1.Attract talented and diverse faculty, students and staff
  • Offer programs for unrepresented potential students including LEAD, the Diversity Business Exchange Program and the Future of Women in Business Leadership Conference for high school students.

  • Develop an Enrichment Academy to help a diverse set of subgroups a place to develop the client-facing interpersonal skills to better prepare them for employment opportunities in the United States.

  • Improve the infrastructure for PhD students so they have an acceptable area in which to study and meet students.

  • To attract senior faculty, Increase the number of endowed chairs. In addition,increase the number of existing endowed chairs, professorships, and faculty fellows that are filled with faculty members.

2. Provide an excellent educational experience for students
  • Increase the percent of graduate and undergraduate students who study abroad during their tenure.

  • To attract senior faculty, Increase the number of endowed chairs. In addition,increase the number of existing endowed chairs, professorships, and faculty fellows that are filled with faculty members.

  • Increase the number of AQ or PQ faculty teaching in the undergraduate program.

  • Increase the number of sections at the 300, 400 and 500 levels to ensure classes contain < 40 students per class.

4. Engage external audiences
  • Increase the number of donors through events with fundraising components.

  • Develop programs and services that bind alumni to the campus including; Regional Roundtables, Lifetime Email, new portals for alumni to connect, Alumni mentors program and Perspectives Magazine.
